RudCo QUOTE DESK

The comparison, with sources

A quote the rep can inspect.

Quote Desk puts the RFQ, the reading, and the reason beside each other. Here is how that focus sits alongside three other ways to prepare quotes or order materials.

The rep's review

Look past the finished number.

These are the questions our demo is built around. “Not stated on the reviewed page” means the public page did not describe that detail. It does not mean the vendor cannot do it.

Where did that reading come from? The rep can inspect field-level source evidence and the original RFQ alongside the normalized spec. Proton describes confidence flags. Field-level links to RFQ wording are not stated on the reviewed Proton page or Canals page.
What happens when a line is unclear? A question is drafted. The rep can record the buyer's answer and rerun the affected line. Email delivery is not connected. Proton describes flagging uncertainty for rep confirmation. Nox offers a sales request for specifications its builder cannot handle.
Who controls a learned meaning? The rep explicitly teaches a buyer term. The approved meaning and source RFQ are saved. Showing that RFQ reference on the next reading remains unfinished. Proton describes learning nicknames and edits. Canals describes learning through use. A prior-RFQ citation beside a learned reading is not stated on either reviewed page.
What happens after review? The rep approves the quote and can export PDF or CSV. The demo does not submit an order to an ERP or confirm available inventory. Proton and Canals describe ERP handoffs. Nox presents checkout, delivery, and payment steps.
